Fascinating
On its own the book is well written, with a somewhat weak ending and if you didn’t know what a vampire was, a very good horror.
Going into it with knowledge that its a vampire story weakens the suspense, but there isn’t much you can do about that.
The Reader is very good, especially given the price, though some characters voices tend to blend at times.
