Very Relaxing
This is a very good relaxation track, I agree with the other reviewer about the end speaker spoiling the whole relaxation process. There is an easy way to eliminate this by going into the information for the track and ending it about 20 seconds before the end of the track this eliminates the voice at the end of the track announcing who it was produced by. I have tried lots of sleep tapes and so far this is the best one.
Good to a point
Yes it relaxes me and sends me to sleep for a while but the "voice" of Audio books wakes me up again.......How can I get stop it as the whole exercise has been wasted?
Very powerful
I bought this because I have trouble getting to sleep and always wake up several times throughout the night. I found this to be really effective at sending me to sleep - I was not even bothered by noisy neighbours for once. But I still woke up a few times in the night. So I just played the track again and drifted off again. As others have said, the loud promotional voice at the end and beginning is annoying, but I followed the advice given by another reviewer and clipped it off by setting start and end time thought iTunes. Would suggest that you take a few minutes to settle down and get comfortable before starting to play the track, because if you need to adjust the pillow, for example, it can be quite difficult to wake-up enough once the session has started. I'd have given five stars if I'd been able to stay asleep all night without waking up - although I didn't wake up as often as usual.
