relaxing

A very relaxing hypnotherapy book, although i am not sure that it has helped to improve my memory. I think for maximum effect, you really need to listen to it on a daily basis otherwise there is no point. I shall continue to use it every day and hopefully find that anytime soon i am able to remember things i have long forgotten.

Relaxing but not so memorable!

I bought this and another one by Glenn Harrold about 3 months ago. I found the hypnosis quite relaxing and when I struggle to sleep at night, I listen to one of these to help me relax and stop my mind from thinking too much.

But to be honest I'm still not sure it does what it says on the tin, unless it's his audiobook on a peaceful night's sleep!

Joke

This guy is ham fisted along with very poor linguistic skills, I would be very surprised if anyone went into a trance that held longer than his next sentence.
This nonsense gives skilled hypnotist's a bad name.
