Excellent

Being obsessed with being as amazing a person as I possibly can be, I was guided to read this.
I’ve been doing meditation and other spiritual practice for a few years now and I wasn’t sure if it was going to be for beginners but Biet’s concepts on life and her insights on breaking down your personality are exceptional.
A few of the things mentioned are already part of my daily practice but even to have clarity from this book I was able to reflect and realise how well I’m doing which was great!
If anyone is feeling like it’s time to do some work on yourself, this is totally the book for you. You’ll enjoy it, it’s light and it’s super interesting.
