I thought this would be a good book to further learn about mindfulness however was deeply disappointed after reading it. Too much of it talks about giving up smoking. As a non smoker all my life I could not relate to most of it. There was a few good pieces of info to dwell on but overall if you’re looking to learn more about mindfulness skip on by this book as I feel it’s a spin off from his main book about stopping smoking
