Not one for leaving reviews but after having listened to this audiobook and ditching wheat and carbs for 4 days I've managed to lose 5lbs. You don't feel as if you're on a diet at all and still eat many of the things you ate before. This book is highly recommended for those struggling with motivation to get them over that first step.

I have enjoyed Listening to Fatguy Friday on an audio book. I took on the advise and have lost 6lbs in a week. I feel really good and its really easy to follow. I also downloaded Alcohol lied to me, and I have decided to quit drinking, so far its been so easy. Give it a go yourself.
