I tried this out with little hopes and in 8 days i have lost 11lbs ! I feel better and look better ! Plus the diet is not boring either i enjoy the food im supposed to eat its really unbeleivable ! ... Well done craig you little beauty !
I'm not really that overweight, but I'm a huge fan of Craig Beck, and any help I can get from him regarding my little spare tyre is more than welcome!
There is a really surprising secret to weight loss, and although I can't vouch for it yet because I only bought it less than a week ago, it certainly makes a lot of sense. I have however already started to feel much less bloated and uncomfortable than I usually do.
Delivered with enthusiasm and with a few laugh out loud moments, the author really gets his message across well. It's very thorough, and although I have to confess the 'foods you can eat' chapter was a little tedious to listen to, it certainly was not worth marking it down for. And it is of course necessary to know - just not good listening.
I've already recommended this book to my family and friends.
Not one for leaving reviews but after having listened to this audiobook and ditching wheat and carbs for 4 days I've managed to lose 5lbs. You don't feel as if you're on a diet at all and still eat many of the things you ate before. This book is highly recommended for those struggling with motivation to get them over that first step.
