Great insights

I would recommend this book to anyone that struggles with being overwhelmed or filters and magnifies tasks, trying to be perfect and not getting started because of your perceptions procedures or behaviours.

Very simply thought out audiobook with a nice recap at the end was a very helpful bonus ...😇👍🏾
