You can tell Ellie has taken a lot of time and effort to manage to explain her life and how she has got to the place she is now, even though it has not been easy I am incredibly proud of her for achieving everything she has, this book has really helped me since I bought it and I love to be able to come back to it when I need it most, it’s reassuring to know that I am not the only one which suffers from issues discussed in this book, the methods Ellie describes to combat anxiety and to be fitter and healthier are truly amazing and greatly beneficial to me.
