I listened to this a few months ago during a difficult time and I would highly recommend it to everyone!
It's jam-packed with wisdom and advice, I keep listening to it as there is so much truth in it.
So if you're not on top form this is worth every penny, just listening to it will make you feel better and I especially recommend the mirror practice :)
