Publisher Description

Jane Eyre follows the emotions and experiences of eponymous Jane Eyre, her growth to adulthood, and her love for Mr. Rochester, the byronic master of Thornfield Hall. The novel contains elements of social criticism, with a strong sense of morality at its core, but is nonetheless a novel many consider ahead of its time given the individualistic character of Jane and the novel's exploration of sexuality, religion, and proto-feminism.

Customer Reviews

PricklyEmu ,

Wonderfully read.

This is a fabulous book. There is the love story, but also mystery, suspense and just a little magic.

Whether you have read Jane Eyre or you're completely new to it, you can't help but enjoy this brilliantly read and compelling tale.

Unlike previous reviewer, I had no problem with the volume - I even popped my phone on the side and listened whilst washing my hair, with no external speakers, I could hear every word.

This audio book is fantastic value for money!

WHERE IS PART 1

I wish I’d read the other review. Just bought this and it starts at chapter 17. It’s part two and there is no part one available. This is not advertised anywhere. I want my money back please!

Where’s part 1?

I can’t see anywhere that says this is only part two of the book 😑
