A fantastic short and easy to read/listen to book. Gives great tips for improving health, happiness and life longevity. Just one thing gives easy to apply life living changes which are backed up with scientific and medical facts & figures and real people’s opinions on those trialled. I will certainly apply some of these in my life and look forward to seeing improvements!
