Poor indexing
The audiobook lacks proper labeling as the tracks are only named as track 1, track 2 without any reference to their respective book and chapter. Additionally, the provided PDF with the table of contents does not match the actual track list, causing confusion. For instance, according to the PDF, Track 1 should contain Matthew Chapter 1, but in reality, it is "Audible Presents...." intro track, while Matthew 1 is Track 2. There’s extra mental calculation that is required to use this audiobook. It is unfortunate that such a crucial text has not been accurately labeled. It would have been helpful if Audible had taken the time to properly label each track according to the book and chapter, which is a small but significant improvement that would benefit paying customers. The thing is, YouVersion bible app (which is free) has appropriately indexed this full audiobook down to a single chapter. It is remarkable that a free Bible app was able to accomplish what Audible could not. What a shame.
No table of contents?
Why can’t I navigate my Bible with a nice table of contents to accompany such an important text. It seems denuded of something to have no table of contents without accompanying such an important text. I’m disappointed and it’s inconvenient.
