Three brothers are at the funeral. One lies in the coffin.
Will, Brian and Luke grow up competing for their mother's unequal love. As men, the competition continues - for status, money, fame, women ...
They each betray each other, over and over, until one of them is dead.
But which brother killed him?

*Dysfunctional*
Will
The eldest brother, the apple of his mother’s eye and typical self entitled alpha male. He has no respect for women and the one woman who loves him, may pay the ultimate price. He is close to his mother and he can do no wrong in her eyes, her dismissive attitude towards his behaviour is about to come to a head.
Brian
He is all about himself and will do anything for money and never seems to want things off his own back, but is happy doing things off the coattails of others and feels justified, his biggest problem is he is in love with Will’s wife who he knew first but missed his chance. A revelation that he suspected may come back to bite him. His jealousy of both brothers leads him to make poor choices
Luke
The youngest who suffers from mental illness, his mother was very good at telling him bad & not age appropriate things and never showed him love. He gained fame at an early age and fell into drugs and alcohol. He craves the love his mother never showed him and does bizarre things as a child to secure her love only for her to get more distant as he grows older
Three brothers all very competitive and I have to say is I disliked them all in different ways but felt for Luke and the things he endured. The story starts off with two of the brothers at a graveside and one brother is in the coffin. The story weaves around their lives and we find out at the end how the brother in the coffin got there. Was foul play at hand?
It was quite cleverly written and kept you guessing, as much as I found the characters distasteful, I have to admit I was engrossed, there were some lol moments and times that I wanted to tell them to get over themselves
