Great book, but.....
Wodehouse is as charming as ever, and the Blandings cast is superbly rendered. However, the nasal American 'Audible' intro and postscript to the reading strikes a sour note and the book is impractically split into only four chapters.
When will creators of audiobooks give some thought to how they're used?! I frequently fall asleep listening to my iPod, so I estimate that I've heard the first 15 minutes of each chapter four times each and the rest not at all. Great tactics if you're hoping I'll get sick and buy a new book, Audible, but chances are it won't be from you.
The books I've previously purchased on CD are split into tracks of about two minutes and can be named so that I can identify each track without having to wait for it to scroll across the screen... Come on people, put some thought into it!
