Content is good, shame about the narrator!
Would love to have heard the author’s voice instead of a boring voice actor… sounds like it’s read by a dull, bass-heavy AI although I’m sure it’s not since it was recorded years before that technology was good enough.
The voice isn’t engaging at all, for me at least, just sounds really forced, like a long bank advert or something.
The content is alright, there are definitely some really useful things in there, although way too much office-specific advice. I maybe had too-high expectations after reading many great articles on his blog years back.
I’d still recommend it despite the office-based chapters, but maybe get the book to avoid the audio.
Not keen on some parts, like where he’s advertising himself and his services, but overall good.

I have listened to this book many times. I listen to it whenever i start to feel overwhelmed, and I always seem to find something helpful. It has revolutionisied the way that I deal with e-mails which used to be a constant stressor to me.
This book tested my Zen to the limits
I really like mr Leo Babauta and what he presents on his website but I tried hard with this book. Sorry man, for me it’s just a gibberish for posh office workers and I regret spending 6 quid on it. Not worth at all.
