Time for Ricky to walk the Walk Of Shame

What on earth is going on with Mr Gervais? I've now listened to all 55 podcasts and to say they are tedius is an understatement. I have followed his career since The Office and been a die hard fan like thousands of others. Ignoring his controversial side and just appreciating his humour is what we have done for nearly 2 decades as we 'get him'. However, he seems to have a huge chip on his shoulder regarding 'Twi'er' and if he's not careful he will give himself a stroke. Whether this is the case or not, it comes across that he's incredibly angry that almost anyone on the planet can use social media to voice their opinions because it took Ricky nearly 40 years to become well known enough to start voicing his. We all know he's an atheist & that he loves evolution, but to talk about the same old things for over 50 plus podcasts is obvious he is seriously lacking in the new material department and is extremely tiresome .He's even repeating stories from his XFM days, hoping his guests have never heard them before. I know it is his podcast but why bother having guests on if you only cut them off all the time & return to talking about yourself? The guests have been the best part of his Deadly Sirius series, in my opinion, yet they rarely get to talk about anything but atheism, evolution & his annoyance of people on 'Twi'er'. Whatever happened to the cheeky comic we all loved? My advice is...let your management team handle your 'Twi'er' account & move on, then get some new material. Eventually us die hard fans will have to accept the fact that your hey day is well and truely behind you and be forced to look elsewhere for our comedy. Sort it out, please.
