this audiobook gave me plenty to think about, I really enjoyed it.
General goal setting approach - focused on getting a new job
Those of you familiar with Tony Robbins' approach to goal setting defined in his Personal Power II system will have heard much of this method before and even some of the stories are the same. The reason for the similarity is, I'm sure, that the approach works. Tony W has a nice easy going style, is English (& therefore uses language / idioms we're familiar with) and is pleasant to listen to. If you're really committed to changing something, not only your job, and follow his method, it should work. The only criticism I have is that it's a bit lightweight, but then, in just 30 minutes, it would be and you can always spend time researching those areas further yourself.
