A true legend!

Feynman is able to explain things in an a very clever way which will make you see the world in a completly different way. I found these lectures very interesting (it's a shame about the first lecture being almost impossible to follow at times due to poor audio quality, but that is explained at the begining).
Caution should be taken though as many of the theories are now outdated, much has been learned in the last few years paticulalry on quantum/particle physics, however the lectures do still inspire!!!

If only these books where cheaper I would buy more !

Bad start (original audio quality) but contents and voice fabulous

The original recordings for the first lectures were damaged and they are quite difficult to make out. However the rest of the material is surprisingly easy to understand (apart from one lecture in the second part in my case). Having a copy of the paper book helps with the diagrams that are used quite extensively during the presentation. Some of the diagrams, as well as chapter markers should have been used in this recording (it is possible to put pictures in you know!).

Superb

Richard Feynman is not the best known physicist in the modern world but he is certainly one of the greatest. This dissection of physics, and the calculated explanation of the basic precepts therein, is mixed with a delightful wit. The entire book is easy to understand but does require some application to understand. However, with application comes knowledge and this book is good value and extremely useful.
