Sleep Learning System

As somebody with sleeping difficulties, I was keen to try anything and the £3.95 price tag (at time of posting review) was enticing. However , the narration is very brief, the relaxation techniques are rushed through, the opening sequence has very little to introduce you to the system, and at the end of the narration you are encouraged to wake on the count of three - counter-productive if you are trying to sleep -( although the narrator states you may carry on relaxing if desired), and , indeed the music at the end of the narration stops abruptly, no gentle fade out as expected. The music tracks vary in volume, quite obtrusive if you are using them as a background to sleeping. There are other relaxation aids available on-line which appear better suited for the insomniac.

Hypnosis is good but far too much ambient music

I'll be honest. I feel a little cheated that about 20mins of this is hypnotherapy and the rest is boring ambient music.

The hypnotherapy itself is soothing and exactly what I hoped for, but it's all too brief with 2hrs of background music padding it out. Shame.

Helps you drift off comfortably

As I have a hard time switching my brain off in the evening, I found this app invaluable. Even when I wake round 2 or 3am, I can put it on and relax back into sleep without twisting and turning for hours. I like the soft music with narration as I don't think I could settle my thoughts without a little guidance. I would definitely recommend.
