Amazing!

I’m currently studying personal training and found the wealth of knowledge really helpful. really would like a book geared towards becoming a pt and what to focus on but there’s a good bit of knowledge in the book and Matt is a funny dude 10/10

I like the ‘warts and all’ approach - talking about mistakes he’s made himself and seen in others. I think this came across even better in the audiobook, hearing Matt talking himself adds the level of humour that I might not have picked up on in the written book?
I also really appreciate the ethos that developing a healthy, strong and fit body is not something to aspire to over a short-defined period, but a complete lifestyle change, long-term.
