Customer Reviews
Excellent audiobook
As a big Malcolm McDowell fan, I bought this due to the fact he was reading it. I was thoroughly rewarded. Not to give away the twists, the subject matter is pretty extreme, but Malcolm reads it with such strength that it never seems distatseful. Malcolm's eprformance is at once unsettling and warm, due to his deep, and varied tones. On the other hand I was introduced to a great writer, Yuri Storasi, who describes the detail of the plot with frightening detail. He really is a gifted writer in this genre and I would love to hear more/read more of his stuff. A brilliant story, full of strong, unforgettable imagery and disturbing scenarios. The best thing McDowell has been involved in for a while. if you're looking for a fresh and interesting audiobook,, this is for you!
