Truly a complete guide
I always hesitate when a book introduces itself to be a “complete guide”. Before purchasing this book, I had spent 10s of hours listening to other audiobooks on this topic and watching hours and hours of YouTube videos by successful property mentors. I naively used to think that I know it all... Rob proved me wrong! The first few chapters covered almost all I had learned on my own over nearly three months. The rest of the audiobook was just invaluable amount of knowledge on this type of asset class. I’ve listened to this book twice now and still can pick new things up between its lines. Yes, this audiobook truly is a complete guide!
PS: the tax chapter was my favourite part, although Rob himself thinks it’s the most boring of all! I am worse off £1000s because I didn’t know what I know now two years ago and I have spent £100s meeting with accountants and financial advisors before I came to the same conclusions that Rob covers in a single chapter!
Excellent audio book. Listened to the entire 6+ hours on a trip to London and back today. It’s time to start I feel .....
