Recording and play back issues
The recording for this is terrible. The background music so loud it keeps you awake if you want to hear his voice. Stop constantly and doesn't play straight through. Some sections just stop half way through the recording. Complete waste of money!
The Complete Weight Loss Programme
The is a terrible recording. Most of it I can't listen to because it is distorted and appears to have been recorded too quickly. If this is how it should sound then rather than relax you it does the opposite . What you get when you down load this recording is not what you listen to in the preview.
