Publisher Description
Matthew Williams and his friends set out to make Crop Circles. They figured out how to create amazing, wonderful shapes so incredible that they would fool thousands of people who interpreted them as signs of alien visitors. Cleverly, they would make these fantastic geometric patterns appear on the ground and the world was in awe. Photographs of their circles were taken and circulated around the globe throughout the media and newspapers. Williams and his friends had pulled off a major feat, they fooled the world and delighted in their success. But something happened that changed everything for them. One day, as they were creating yet another incredible design, a strange psychological effect occurred and for them, the business of crop-circle making was changed forever.
Customer Reviews
It's ok, but be aware of what you're buying!
Plus points:
1. The subject matter, if you're into the whole crop circle thing one way or another, it's worth listening to.
Minus points:
1. It isn't an audiobook, it's clearly the soundtrack from a video podcast as they keep referring to pictures and footage that they are showing the 'viewers', but we can't see any of it.
2. It's not 1 hour 37 minutes at all, it's a just over 45 minutes, with a second episode (at 45 minutes also) about government UFO conspiracies tagged on - which has nothing to do with what you're buying!
Verdict:
If, like me, it's an area that interests you, this is worth a listen. But, regardless of if I agree with the Matt Williams' viewpoint or not; I couldn't help but feel the whole package was a bit mis-sold (see the minus points).
