This is an awesome book i love it every page every word was interesting and making me want to read more its an interesting story its lovely (to people who like that kinda stuff) i had my sister listen to the preview she said she wished there were more in it so the stamp of approval from Ireland 🇮🇪 and i love it seems like a true story with all the details its interesting and intriguing (idk if I spelled it right) but yea it's freaking amazing 🤩 I really recommend.
A thrilling ride, all of the way!
The next belter of a book from C.L. Taylor and it certainly doesn’t disappoint! Her books are always full of twists and turns and I never seem to guess the perpetrator correctly! This one was no different! Another tempestuous and stormy ride. Another read which left me confused and unsure who to believe.
After spending 5 years in prison for a crime she swears she didn’t commit, Olivia Sutherland is finally free. Her list of precedences when she’s released are to clear her name, repair her broken relationship with her now 12 year old daughter and to prove that it was her husband who framed her - or was it?
From the very beginning, this book picks up speed, and leaves us with many things to mull over and consider. What is true and what is fiction? I like the way C.L. Taylor always has an odd character or two in her books. One that is perhaps slightly out of place. In this instance it is Smithy, who Olivia meets while in prison. Although she’s not a particularly trustworthy type of character, you can’t help but like her. The plot was thick and at times it left you wondering which way this was going to go. I love the way you’re led one way, then the next! Definitely a read not to be missed!
Many thanks to Avon books and to Cally Taylor for the advance copy of The Guilty People.
