Sometimes couples go through a rough patch. But, for Aaron Nichols instead of discussing it with his wife Paige he seeks solace in the arms of another woman Cara Morton. The trouble is when his wife Paige meets Cara she instantly knows there is something going on between Cara and Aaron.
When Aaron is made a college professor, Cara’s interest in him ramps up. He rather unwisely puts her in charge of the department he was looking after. In time he will see the errors of his ways.
His wife Paige has her own skeletons in the closet and when she confronts Aaron about the affair he agrees to put an end to the relationship. That’s when things get tricky as Cara becomes the stuff of nightmares.
Aaron’s position comes with a lot of responsibility. But, his job is under threat due to an accusation, will he rue the day he ever got involved with Cara?
Paige soon finds out how far she will go to keep her family together. Then Cara disappears and Aaron becomes the chief suspect.
The characters were mostly unlikeable and Aaron and his wife Paige make some ridiculous decisions along the way that I found myself rolling my eyes 👀
