Not read solely by Robyn ☹️
Great book so far, although struggling with the unnamed female narrator. I just can’t warm to her, and the fake American accent is grating.
Also characters that appeared in the DI Callanach series now have strange accents.
The Chapters Robyn reads are excellent as we would expect, just hope I can push though and enjoy the book completely.
Oh no you changed the narrator :(
Having listened to all the DI Callanach books I was excited to listen to this. Very good start with Robin reading … and then the lady came in. Oh no….. completely wrong feel, the American accent is so corny …. I’ve had to turn it off and now I’m thinking do I buy the book and read that instead of the audio, or just give up entirely ? HOW FRUSTRATING :(
Awesome!
Book = Brilliant
Narrators = Brilliant!
Hope there’s a sequel for this couple!
