Enlightening

This book has completely opened my eyes to a new way of enjoying food which means I never have to go on another diet again! Mindful eating which is at the heart of the program has completely transformed my overeating tendencies and has allowed me to eat whatever I want and still lose weight. In the first week I lost 3lbs! I didn't give up carbs or dairy and instead enjoyed all types of food including chocolate and lattes.

I also downloaded the Thin Woman's Brain app which is supplemented by support calls you can dial into from across the globe to speak with Dilia herself! She provides invaluable support, gets to really know you and provides tremendously helpful advice and information. She truly cares and wants to help in your rewiring journey. I couldn't recommend this book and programme more!
