War of the worlds
Fascinating factual listen , help you to understand the sequence of events during the period before and during the second world war .
Fascinating and shocking
After listening to World War One I felt I had to get this. It's pretty well structured (although does tend to jump about a bit; more so than the audiobook of World War One) but very easy to listen to - delivered in a very factual, bite size manner. I never enjoyed history at school so going back now to relearn important events like this is made far easier in this format. Such appalling atrocities committed by so many countries though.
Great listening on the go, around the house or in bed
