Review on Louise Hay's "You can heal your life"
A great peice of work for those wanting to deal with their mind, the anxieties, fears and all the stuff which gets in the way of being us, the way we are and being all we can be (or at least, as much as possible). It is empowering. Nothing new, with much of the material which can be found in other teachings (Buddhism for instance). But the approach allows people their own choices, it is not patronising or even pretending to be the answer. In a word, it contains a lot without any pretention or claim for the truth. With humour and a great deal of common sense, Louise Hay could reach in many corners of Society and our own minds for some much needed spring cleaning.
