Mr. Muhammad Munir Piracha, ASC, Mr. Afnan Karim Kundi, ASC, Ms Zahida Awan, GM (Legal), PTCL, Mr. Arif Azim, Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Manpower, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, Mr. Arif Khan, Secretary, Labour and Manpower Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, Mr. Mukhtar Soomro, Secretary, Labour and Manpower Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, Mr. Shah Rukh Arbab, Secretary, Labour and Manpower Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, Mr. Saqib Zafar, Secretary, Labour and Manpower Department, Government of Balochistan, Quetta, Mr. Aamir Ahmed Ali, Deputy Commissioner, ICT along with Rana Akbar Hayat, Director ICT appeared for PTCL.
