This is book three in A Cowboy Loves The Doctor series and it is Jax and Simone’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Simone was at her medical school graduation ceremony only to find out that her boyfriend Ethan had been in a accident so she flew to the hospital to check on him only to find him making out in bed with his assistant and then he blamed Simone and told her that he only wanted her for her money as she was a billionaire heiress but Simone decided that she would never be taken for a fool or be played again and she also realised that her whole relationship had been a lie. Simone had lived with her grandma for most of her life until she died and Simone missed her so much and now her parents have decided who she will marry and putting pressure on her but Simone dug her feet in and said she would marry who she wanted to. Jax and Simone met and started out as friends and the more time that they spent together feelings for each other started to grow stronger and they eventually fell in love and were looking forward to a future together only for it to literally fall apart leaving heartbreak and devastation behind. Now over five years later and Jax is shocked when Simone shows up in Dexin which is Jax’s hometown and he can’t understand why but he had hardened his heart since her betrayal and he definitely wasn’t going there again and be made a fool of or get his family involved but things are not always what they seem. Simone is in Dexin we’re she was invited to a singles night and she also hoped that she would see Jax again so that she could explain what happened because even after all these years apart she never stopped loving him and hoped that now she might get a second chance. Will it all work out for Simone and Jax after everything that has happened and what they have gone through in their past only time will tell if they will be able to communicate and trust again which will give them the happiness and future that they both deserve. Wow I absolutely loved this book and I couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting, there are emotions that will have you in tears, ups and downs along with twists and downs that will have you turning the pages to see what the outcome will be and a storyline that pulled you in right from the start and had you completely hooked. I definitely recommend you read this book and others by Dobi Daniels who is an amazing author and writer and her book are worth reading.
