Absolutely brilliant and so very sensitively written
I wasn’t expecting the story that I read I wasn’t prepared for it but I’m so glad that I read it. I can’t say too much as I don’t want to give anything away. The story was so very close to home and Gina and I have a lot in common. Lucy you have written about a subject that sadly touches so many people and you have written it so sensitively and beautifully and I will always remember this book as being one of my favourites. Well done for a superb book.
If anyone is in doubt of reading this please do I can’t recommend it enough it’s a book you won’t want to put down.
Wonderful and thought provoking
I absolutely adore Lucy Dillons books, but this has been my favourite one so far.
I always enjoy the mix of real life situations, romance…and of course the doggy characters!
This particular story line was hard hitting in so many ways, and definitely gave me personal food for thought, and made me reflect on what is actually important to me.
Thank you for writing this wonderful book, and addressing some important problems people are facing everyday.
Deeply moving
I loved this story. Full of the anguish and hurt that life throws at so many of us. Plus the joys of friendships, children and dogs. I loved it.
