Snow and Heat
Not really a Christmas story but set shortly before. Ben delivers the surprise birthday present ordered for the matriarch of the family to the Last Chance Ranch and is invited to stay for several days. There he meets the pocket dynamo that is Molly Gallagher and both are instantly attracted to each other. However, Molly is only there for another four days before she returns home for Christmas in Arizona. Will this be a fling or something more? Ben is convinced that he will never be a good husband and father due to his upbringing, will the close-knit family and Molly change his mind? Part of a series but can be read as a standalone.
