After developing Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) and Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES), Debbie is forced to face the past she has buried deep inside her. As the bricks come tumbling down she becomes sicker; she is eventually forced to give up her twenty-five-year career as a counsellor. As each trigger from her past surfaces, Debbie learns to knock them down and decides to use her life experiences to help others.
