Darla is concerned about the neighbor's kids. They seemed to be neglected by their parents as they are outside night and day even in the harshest of weather. On a stormy night, her world gets turned upside down by a simple knock at the door. Sometimes it's best to mind your own business and ignore the screams in the night.
