Absolute Power Loses Taste (EN "Globus" 19 January, 2010‪)‬

While the new foundations are being laid for the new building in ancient style, in which after some time the constitutional judges are expected to move, the institution protecting the Constitution of the state is shaking its foundations. These judges are not ancient judges! This is the perception created by Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski when he passionately called the members of the Constitutional Court party's soldiers. However, are such addresses symptoms for the shaking of the executive power in spite of the solid material of which it is made? DESIRE A lot of dilemmas have been opened lately on the political scene, particularly after suspicions about early elections had started boiling up. The latest sparkles on the relation Prime Minister--Constitutional Court and Vice Premier--National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia have only put more spices to the porridge of vagueness.
