Fantastic read, has changed my entire thought process and will ultimately change my standards in life. I would urge any woman who is looking for a long term, happy relationship and has had a few life experiences to read this book. You'll realise from the introduction that this is a must read.

Very honest and helpful insides into a man's mind from a man. Nothing massively new, but lots of confirmations and clarifications that are super helpful in building healthier relationships with men!
