Admiral Hornblower
Great collection and great value, but why oh why are there so many errors - not so much spelling mistakes as a different word. For example the word tree instead of free. Sheer bad proof reading.
Whatever happened to proofreaders?
Fabulous stories but littered with mistakes, from simple typos to missing text to wrong words. There must have been hundreds of them. Do Penguin really think readers won't notice? Shame on them.
Great stories shame about the spelling
I have enjoyed these books since my childhood, so I was very happy to find them available for download. My only slight criticism is that there are several spelling errors which seem to be repeated through the books. Not enough to spoil the story though.
