This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th Asia-Pacific Services Computing Conference, APSCC 2015, held in Bangkok, Thailand, in December 2015.The 17 revised full papers and 6 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions.
