Chance Colter is unexpectedly approached by his FBI friend Charles Dumont in Rome. Colter and Tika are on their first vacation and Colter doesn’t want company. Dumont has been contacted by the CIA and enlists a reluctant Colter to help the agency in its search for Irina Petrova, and American ex-pat being hunted by the feared Russian spy agency, the FSB sending Colter on a dangerous mission to find Irina.
