Short stories allow the writer to explore different styles and genres, and as I like to read across genres, so I also like writing across them.
Meet some characters who are struggling with poverty or obesity, some who inhabit a fantasy world where dragons, creatures of lore, have to battle lawyers, creatures of the law. Who wins?
Or journey into an apocalyptic future, where babies are for sale and rich hunts poor for sport. Or ponder the problems of a romance conducted in relativistic space-time.
Some stories are based on actual incidents, others are pure invention, but all are written to entertain and make you think.
