Didn't know what to expect...
..and still don't. First time reading a self help book, and it was a strange experience to say the least. I don't feel any different yet, but will give the golden rules a go. Seemed to be a lot of words without much meaning, and a book which was extremely short to say the least. I rarely read and I finished the whole book in 30 minutes. Not a lot of bang for the buck, but here goes nothing...
