The perfect mix
I adored this book!
Ian and Kate worked so well together, even though she was way too formal and controlling at times. Ian being so laid back just it all in his stride, knowing exactly why Kate was the way she had always been.
At first, Kate did annoy me with her constant judging of Ian's ways, but a little further along in the book, you see how things get turned around and it makes you love her for it. Kylie has that special way of making you want to turn the page in hopes of seeing the characters redeem themselves, and she never disappoints.
This was a great book, an excellent match between two completely different characters, and made me both laugh and cry along with them.
I always look forward to reading a Kylie Gilmore book, knowing I'm going to get a great story with top quality writing.
