Alpha and Luna

Alpha Forrest King's words echo in my mind like a cruel mantra: "You can't be my mate! You're a nerd and poor!" The humiliation and pain are too much to bear. I turn and run, tears streaming down my face as I flee from the alpha who's supposed to be my partner.
