Americo de Sousa Technical Requisites For Piano Book 1

This music course provides students of all ages and ability an opportunity to learn the piano with no prior formal music lessons. It provides the foundation of practical and theoretical knowledge in musical education which will assist students in their advancement on the piano. The course includes 6 books which guide students from an elementary proficiency in Book One to an advanced level in Book Six.  There are also 6 books titled Americo de Sousa Technical Requisites For Piano which cover Scales Chords and Arpeggios. For the complete beginner between the ages of 4 and 6 years old there is the “Beginner Piano Course”. Nevertheless, if a student is capable of playing from Book One there is no reason to start with the Beginner Book. The course is designed for students who wish to play a variety of styles of music from classical to contemporary.
