Anxiety and Panic Attacks Cure
The book is well intentioned and does offer some degree of sound advice for the sufferer. Sadly it gets lost in translation. The author tries to be over friendly in her attempts to write as if talking to the reader. This can, and does come across as condescending on times.
There is an unhealthy unbalance of attempted empathy and scientific commentary. There is not one theory backed up by reference. The author rushes through a subject matter that simply cannot afford to be dealt with like that. An example of this is how she expects the sufferer to be able to 'relax' and learn how to deal with the symptoms without actually recognising the fact that many attacks can and do occur at this very time.
Im short, it's a well intentioned but misguided attempt to help by someone who doesn't quite appreciate the need for detail that the sufferer might need in order to cope with their ails. A major flaw which marks the book as low as it has been. Not forgetting the abundance of spelling errors which left me feeling cheated in more ways than one.
