Callea is a shy woman who finds herself in a bad situation. Her boyfriend has gotten her best friend pregnant, and Callea has snapped as a result. She attempts to kill him, but only ends up wounding him. Knowing she will be charged with attempted murder, Parker, the man who has loved her from afar for years, steps in to take her place.
