Ash and Another v. American Family Mutual

Action by plaintiffs Anna E. Ash and Gerald L. Ash, against defendants American Family Mutual Insurance Company and Donna B. Husum to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of an automobile accident. On September 11, 1964, plaintiff Anna E. Ash was driving her husband's 1963 T. R. 4 Triumph automobile in the city of Madison and was struck from behind by a car operated by defendant Husum, an insured of defendant insurance company. As a result plaintiff sustained a whiplash injury. The trial which commenced July 12, 1965, was had to the court and a jury.
